I am truly delighted at the election of Fr Steve Fletcher as the new Moderator. I have no doubt his election was the work of the Holy Spirit. My term of eight years as Moderator since we became a religious institute in 2014 was complete. It was time for a change.
This was a significant watershed moment for the MGL. I am so grateful for the smooth transition. Fr Steve and his new council are a “dream team”, which will take us forward in fulfilling the outcomes of the Convocation and keep us moving ahead under the charism given us for the next four years. What a blessing!
Please keep them in your prayers as we embark on this new era of MGL leadership.
